At Eelhope, we strive to ensure you love every product you receive. As a trusted cosmetics brand, we uphold strict standards in quality control and packaging. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused cosmetic items. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order and must include all original packaging and accessories.
Refund Conditions
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product was damaged or defective on arrival
- Your order was lost in transit
- The item is out of stock and cannot be shipped
Partial refunds may apply for:
- Returns after 14 days (if accepted)
- Accidental orders or customer change of mind (only for unopened items)
Non-refundable cases include:
- Opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products
- Returns requested beyond 30 days
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Unclaimed or rejected parcels
How to Request a Return
Please email us at eelhope.org@hotmail.com with your order number, a clear photo (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
